Description:
Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to support an upcoming proposal effort* for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). In this role, you will provide critical support in IT and network acquisition, program cost analysis, enterprise architecture, and integrated logistics. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial or administrative disciplines and possess a strategic mindset to improve organizational efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and support IT and network acquisition efforts across multiple programs.
Perform integrated logistics support and program cost analysis for ongoing and planned initiatives.
Assist in planning and aligning enterprise architecture with program objectives.
Manage administrative functions related to payroll, records, telecommunications, printing, and distribution.
Coordinate and oversee services such as conference planning, travel arrangements, mail and materials handling, and property procurement and disposal.
Implement and refine procedures aimed at enhancing productivity, organizational operations, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with organizational and government policies regarding data, property, and information security.
Serve as the key liaison between technical teams and administrative services to align physical workplace needs with operational goals.
*This position is contingent upon the award of the contract. The anticipated start date and scope of work will be determined based on the outcome of the interview process and the details of the awarded contract.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in IT or network acquisition, planning, logistics, enterprise architecture, or program analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate administrative and support services for medium to large organizations.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in managing and improving support services such as payroll, records management, telecommunications, and supply chain logistics.
This position is required to be designated as IAM III level.
Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting federal or DoD programs.
Familiarity with government acquisition regulations and lifecycle program management.
