We have an opportunity available for a Project Manager 80/20 Business Optimization to work within our Data & Analytics Team. The 80/20 Business Optimization Journey is a strategic initiative focused on identifying and enhancing the 20% of customers, products, vendors, and processes that generate 80% of business value. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional execution, reporting, and cultural enablement to embed the 80/20 mindset across TAKKT Foodservices.

What you will do:

  • Lead the execution of segmentation, rationalization, and optimization workstreams.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across departments.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, IT, and Operations to ensure unified execution.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Ensure data visibility and insights are accessible to stakeholders via Power BI 80/20 Reporting Suite.
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Support change management efforts to embed the 80/20 culture.
  • Develop and execute a communication cadence including town halls, newsletters, and executive briefings.
  • Create training materials and success stories to promote adoption.

What we need:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in strategic or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and dependencies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving cultural change.
  • Ability to create and maintain project plans, status reports, and meeting notes
  • Experience tracking KPIs and project metrics
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.
