We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with Life Science experience . Do you thrive on running a project team by driving the growth and development of project team members?  Do you love developing critical relationships with internal and external clients?  In this position you will lead a team responsible for numerous construction management related tasks including, project execution, financial management, and delivering projects the Shawmut way while achieving financial control and profit goals for each project.

In this position you will lead a team responsible for numerous construction management related tasks including, project execution, financial management while achieving financial control and profit goals for each project
10–15 years of construction/project management experience, with at least 5+ years in life sciences (biotech, pharma, medical device, or lab facilities).
Proven track record managing ground-up, tenant improvement, and renovation projects in occupied or mission-critical life science environments.
Experience delivering MEP-intensive projects (labs, cleanrooms, GMP manufacturing, vivariums, pilot plants, R&D facilities).
Demonstrated success managing large $50M+ complex projects
Deep knowledge of MEPs a plus
Extensive experience maintaining project budgets and schedules
Direct responsibility of leading and developing staff
