About the Role:

Description: The Counter Adversary Operations Specialist Sales team is responsible for growing CrowdStrike’s Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting business, globally. The CAO Technical Integration Architect will eat, sleep, and breathe threat intelligence integrations across all relevant third-party security technologies and the Falcon Platform. He or she will utilize leading domain and industry expertise in cyber threat intelligence and threat hunting operations, deep product knowledge, and technical expertise in inter-product integrations, orchestration, scripting to support complex integration use cases during pre-sale opportunities and to strategically scale technical integration efforts with CrowdStrike’s tech alliance ecosystem in concert with our Alliances and Solution Architect teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain mastery of CrowdStrike’s threat intelligence products and related APIs

  • Closely partner with CAO product engineering, CAO’s analytic production/engineering teams, and CrowdStrike’s Tech Alliances organization to develop best practices, integrations, and documentation to scale pre- and post-sale technical execution.

  • Use your deep knowledge of the threat intelligence market, products, and customer intelligence/intel-adjacent operations to strategically advise customers on intelligence related integrations across security stack.

  • Work directly with customers to implement complex intelligence integrations during technical evaluations

  • Prototype, develop, and document integrations with SIEMs, SOARs, TIPs, Email Security Applications, and other key security tools using inbound and outbound intelligence APIs.

  • Work with technical alliance organization to develop and maintain up-to-date partner sponsored integrations with key technologies.

  • Work with product, engineering, and intelligence teams to conceptualize new machine intelligence capabilities and workflows based on key customer uses cases.

  • May require modified work hours to accommodate accounts in other time zones, travel up to 25%.

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales in threat intelligence space

  • Experience developing cross-platform threat intelligence integrations and intelligence driven security orchestration workflows

  • Deep understanding of python and other query languages

  • Deep understanding of generative AI and the use of MCPs and LLMs

  • Deep knowledge of threat intelligence competitive landscape

  • Deep knowledge of threat intelligence operational applications, buyer personas, and common pain points experienced by these personas—specifically in threat modeling, threat hunting, detection engineering, external risk monitoring, adversary emulation, and SOC automation.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $105,000 - $163,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
