The Center for Hematologic Malignancies (CHM) outpatient clinic provides acute and long-term care to patients who have undergone an autologous or allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) or received other cellular therapies such as chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy.Â

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Infusion APP to join our Hematology & Medical Oncology team. This role is responsible for the clinical management of patients in the outpatient infusion unit, ensuring the delivery of coordinated, high-quality, and efficient care.

Location: South Waterfront - OHSU Center for Health & Healing, Building 2 (CHH2)
Â
Schedule:
Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (7 days on / 7 days off)
Weekends: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Coverage: Monday through Sunday
Note: Unit operates 365 days a year
 Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive clinical management of patients receiving infusion therapy in an outpatient oncology setting.
Ensure a seamless and effective care experience through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Partner with clinic leadership to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
Serve as a resource for education and training of staff, colleagues, and students.
