Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (08:00-16:30)

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to play an important front of house role.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• To exceed and manage customer expectations by coordinating the supply and handover process of all branded Company ECO & Loan scheme vehicles
• Fully embrace the collective team's aim to maintain the high satisfaction rating achieved monthly by offering a friendly and professional service to all our customers
• Processing of payments for damaged vehicles
• Processing refunds
• Data input into Vehicle Management System
• Greeting and assisting drivers with queries onsite
• Liaising closely with vehicle inspectors

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE

• Previous Reception/front of house experience is essential
• Strong Administration skills
• Proven track record in a customer service environment
• Previous vehicle ordering experience is desirable
• Excellent communication both verbally and written
• Be proactive and forwarding thinking with great organisation skills
• IT literate - knowledge of Microsoft package. System training will be provided (Fleet Drive system)
