Position: Administration First Line Manager
Location: Peterborough (PE2)
Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day-time hours (start time: Between 08:00-09:00am)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

What does the role entail?

As part of your normal duties, you will:

  • Co-ordination with Workshop operations ensuring the timely completion of daywork and events
  • To prioritise & allocate workloads to team to offer balanced workload across team
  • Carrying out weekly invoicing reports of all workshops financial data ensuring correct charges to all customers
  • Conducting 1-2-1's, return to work interviews, disciplinary investigations and other management tasks in line with company policy
  • Monitoring operational resourcing requirements ensuring you have the correct levels for the operational staff to meet requirement
  • Creating a positive team environment, overseeing daily operations, delivering customer centric solutions, and resolving conflicts
  • Create Customer Centric working relationship with Brand Account Managers
  • Key room management and reporting completing regular audits

What do we need from you?

  • Previously experience within a Team Management/First Line Manager position is essential
  • Automotive/Dealership Industry experience would be desirable
  • Able to conduct 1-2-1's, performance reviews, setting goals and delegating tasks along with providing coaching, where required
  • Analytical skills with the ability to present data/information packs to stakeholders
  • Strong communicator at various levels - ability to assess individual customer needs
  • IT literate and able to adopt to new technologies
