WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Coaching, motivating and developing a team

  • Driving engagement within the team through effective leadership and motivational activities

  • Supervising the team as they process inbound and outbound freight ensuring it meets cut off deadlines

  • Creating a safe work environment by promoting WHS processes and encouraging a safe work culture amongst the team

  • Participating in WHS audits, ensuring process compliance, monitoring the warehouse performance and completing daily reports

  • Supporting our customers by monitoring and ensuring timely shipment connectivity

  • Monitoring e-mail messages and problem solving to address any issues encountered during the shift

  • This is afull-time permanent positionworkingMonday to Friday from 10:00am - 6:00pm

WHAT CAN YOU BRING?

  • Logistics/Operations leadership experience - Highly Desirable

  • Proven people leader to successfully lead teams to achieve goals and business targets

  • Excellent written and oral communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

  • Internal/external relationship building, customer service focus, financial and business acumen

  • Ability to balance short-term and long-term demands delivering on departmental targets and strategy

  • Prioritise multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced environment
