  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content reflects current systems and processes.

  • Maintain and update communication plans related to technology changes, campaigns, and training initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting change management initiatives for enterprise technology implementations.

  • Familiarity with real estate or facilities management systems, processes, or enterprise IT applications.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, or e-learning development tools.

  • Experience with TRIRIGA or similar IWMS systems is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to analyze communication effectiveness and recommend enhancements to increase adoption and engagement.

At Leidos, we don’t want someone who "fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better. This is a role for the restless, the over-caffeinated, the ones who ask, “what’s next?” before the dust settles on “what’s now.”

If you’re already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating step 2… good. You’ll fit right in.
