Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking an innovative and skilled Cybersecurity Analytics Lead to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the ARPA-H CISO with measuring the effectiveness of the agency’s cybersecurity program
2. Developing and maintaining metrics for evaluating all aspects of the agency’s cybersecurity program
3. Leveraging available capabilities and proposing new solutions for visualizing and reporting established cybersecurity metrics
4. Managing all metrics-related data calls and efforts, including the FISMA CIO Metrics Quarterly Data Call, annual HHS data calls, and CISA CDM Metrics

Qualifications:

1. 7-10 years of cybersecurity experience
2. 5 years of program management, including experience with developing and evaluating metrics regarding cybersecurity programs
3. CISSP or CISM certification preferred, but not required

Education
Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree preferred

Clearance
HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
