Eagleview, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Program Manager in Strategic Program Management. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, playing a key role in aligning stakeholders, optimizing resources, and ensuring that programs deliver measurable value to the organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-impact initiatives that shape the direction and long-term success of our organization. This is a highly visible position that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable programs, manage complex interdependencies, and deliver results that align with company priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and can effectively balance short-term execution with long-term vision. You will be responsible not just for managing timelines and deliverables, but also for ensuring that every program aligns with broader strategic objectives, delivers measurable value, and contributes to scalable growth.
• Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end management of strategic initiatives, from concept through execution and measurement.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to define program goals, KPIs, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with teams across product, engineering, finance, operations, marketing, and HR to ensure alignment and progress.
• Change Management: Identify organizational change impacts and develop strategies to ensure smooth adoption and implementation.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
• Communication: Deliver clear and timely updates to stakeholders and executive leadership, including status reports, dashboards, and business impact summaries.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to program frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance effectiveness and scalability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 6+ years of program management experience, ideally in a strategic or cross-functional capacity
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex initiatives on time and within scope
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, operational efficiency, and change management
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project)
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in management consulting or a corporate strategy role
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies
• Ability to influence and drive decision-making across senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick, and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program; Pet Insurance. This is a full-time role remote role with a salary range of $75,000 to $127,000/year, bonus eligible.
