Panther Services Assistant
Are you organized, reliable, and enjoy helping others? Pitt-Bradford is seeking a Panther Services Assistant to support key campus services with professionalism and care.
This part-time, benefits-eligible position (10–20 hours/week, year-round) places you at the center of campus operations, offering hands-on experience in customer service, logistics, and event support.
What You'll Do:
Pay Range: $16.50 - $18.50/h
Schedule: 10–20 hours per week, 12 months a year

Performs a variety of office support and clerical duties with exceptional customer service skills following established policies and procedures. Greets and assists visitors, answers telephone and provides information, schedules and manages calendars, edits routine documents, operates standard office equipment, and other associated functions.
• Accept, sort, and distribute mail and packages for students, faculty, and staff
• Coordinate outgoing mail and shipping logistics
• Provide customer service and support for Conference Services
• Assist with Panther ID Center and Auxiliary services as needed
