Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a strategic and skilled Press Officer to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.

Responsibilities:


1. Researching and writing a variety of public affairs documents such as press releases and media interview responses
2. Analyzing agency information program matters and offering recommendations for improving content from strategic communications perspective
3. Establishing and maintaining contact with key officials, media, and responding to related engagement requests
4. Developing communications plans with deep insights into strategy and tactics
Draft talking points, slides, and memos with scientific and technical information so that information aligns with intended audiences and is consistent with policy and program goals

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of previous media relations experience required, preferably in the health or science fields
2. Ability to provide senior-level counsel to Program Managers, agency leaders, and other Subject Matter Experts
