About the Role:

As a Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of JSX’s air carrier contracts. From organizing and filing agreements to monitoring expirations and coordinating renewals, you’ll ensure our partnerships remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals. This role is vital to support operational continuity, vendor relationships, and company-wide compliance standards.


A Day in the Life:

You’ll be…


  • Managing Contract Records: Maintaining a repository of all air carrier contracts, amendments, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitoring Expirations: proactively notifying stakeholders of upcoming renewals or terminations.
  • Coordinating Renewals: Partnering with procurement and legal teams to manage contract extensions, renewals, and terminations.
  • Communicating with Carriers: Ensuring air carriers are updated regarding contract requirements, status, and compliance.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Generating reports on contract timelines, compliance metrics, and supporting audits with accurate documentation.
  • Partnering Cross-Functionally: Working closely with finance, legal, and operations to ensure alignment on obligations and deliverables.

  • What Makes a Successful Contract Coordinator?

    We’re looking for someone who is:


  • Organized: Able to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and precision.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures contract accuracy and compliance across systems.
  • Collaborative: Works effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces challenges.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in contract management tools, Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and familiar with AI-enabled solutions like Microsoft Copilot.

  • Required Experience:
  • 2+ years in contract administration, preferably in aviation or transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Contract Management Systems, preferably DocuSign, and Microsoft Office

  • Preferred Experience:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in aviation
  • Advanced use of contract management platforms


  • Pay & Perks:

    Compensation is between $24 – $29 per hour. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
