We’re looking for a Tax Lead for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is fulltime. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.??

About the Role

The Tax Lead will assist with the Company’s U.S. federal, state, and foreign consolidated worldwide tax provision; U.S. and Canadian tax compliance; and international tax planning activities such as transfer pricing, cash repatriation, and controversy functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external service providers on the preparation of:

1. Global tax provision inputs and supporting schedules
2. U.S. and Canadian federal/state income and franchise tax filings, including apportionment and estimated/extension payments
3. Transfer pricing documentation and intercompany reports

About You

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of corporate tax experience, preferably with a public accounting firm or corporate tax department.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. MS in Accounting/Taxation preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• Experience with ASC 740 and Uncertain Tax Positions.
• Exposure to international tax concepts and transfer pricing.
• Strong Excel skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and tax software (e.g., OneSource, Intacct) is preferred.
