Overview
We are looking for an eager and detail-oriented Moodle Support Specialist to support our Learning Management System (LMS) operations. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in technical support, problem solving, and learning new skills. The successful candidate will assist with troubleshooting, managing the ticket queue, escalating complex issues, and performing routine health checks under the guidance of senior team members.
Responsibilities
This is a full-time position.
Familiarity with any ticketing system (ServiceNow experience a plus).
Basic understanding of web applications and willingness to learn Moodle administration.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow step-by-step SOPs and document work accurately.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
