Description:

Summary:

Hui Huliau is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Senior Program Manager. The Program Manager plans and monitors program execution. The PM excels at risk management, resource management and project planning, among other things. This is a leadership role, which involves coordinating multiple teams, project managers and key stakeholders aligning with overallbusiness goals. The program manager must have practical experience of having been a project manager for large and complex initiatives.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
• Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
• Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
• Daily program management throughout the program life cycle.
• Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress.
• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.
• Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies.
• Facilitating communication among a program’s cross-functional team.
• Manage the program budget.
• Report on program performance to executive team and organizational leaders.

Education and Skills:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • Strong project management experience with large and complex projects
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
  • Understand the wider objectives of the program, such as business and strategic goals.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Requires the ability to walk short distances.
  • Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
