Overview

Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join our Army Tactical Network IPS team.

 

Responsibilities include, though not limited to:

  • Performs a variety of property management duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan
  • Verify materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palleting materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods
  • Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment
  • Keeping accurate documentation related to inventory management, shipping/receiving action and any required hand receipt records
  • Work with commercial carriers to support material movement requirements
  • May operate hand, power trucks, and forklifts in the performance of warehouse duties
  • Possesses and applied expertise on multiple complex work assignments
  • Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
  • Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable


Responsibilities

  • Must have a SECRET level clearance
  • Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience of a variety of property management duties that require an understanding of the Army property processes
