We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to help support equipment and facility maintenance at our Batesville location. This role is key to ensuring our tools, vehicles, and systems operate at peak performance as we deliver infrastructure solutions across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Perform regular preventive maintenance and timely repair work on equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Quickly respond to mechanical breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Partner with operations and production teams to assist with maintenance activities in a way that avoids workflow interruptions.
• Keep thorough and accurate records of all maintenance tasks, repairs completed, inspections conducted, and inventory levels.
• Assist in any additional duties or tasks assigned in the manufacturing shop.

What You’ll Need

• 1+ years of mechanical experience, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Rigging experience
• Strong math skills and blueprint reading ability
• Physical capacity to lift 70 lbs and work in variable shop and field conditions
