The Role

Make your mark as a Multi-Site Janitorial Supervisor, leading teams across multiple facilities in the heart of Downtown LA. In this role, you’ll be the go-to leader who ensures high-traffic, high-visibility environments are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Supervise and support janitorial staff across multiple facilities during the 2nd shift (1 PM – 10 PM).

  • Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with cleanliness standards.

  • Coach and train employees on safe equipment and chemical use; model proper safety behaviors.

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new staff to build a strong, reliable team.

  • Mentor and develop employees; provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when needed.

  • Ensure facilities remain “inspection ready” at all times.

  • Partner with HR and leadership to address employee relations and staffing needs.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent communication.

  • Lead special projects and make sure teams have the supplies, tools, and support they need.


What It Takes To Be Successful
  • 3+ years of janitorial lead or supervisory experience (multi-site preferred).

  • Experience in custodial/janitorial industries 
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate.

  • Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.

  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in timekeeping systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required).

  • Excellent client relations and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve goals through your team.
