Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary:
*Provide first-level help desk support to provide support for all UNIT-supported systems.
*Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems.
*Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions.
*Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system.
Requirements:
Must be a graduate student.
Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
Additional Information:
* Summer, Fall, and Spring position.
* UNIT will provide ALL training.
