We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.

We are looking for a Behavioral Analyst who wants to provide patient-centered care in our program in Covington, LA. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

• Regularly required to communicate, both orally and in writing; occasionally required to speak

on the telephone for extended periods of time.

• Regularly required to sit; occasionally required to bend, stoop, and kneel; regularly required to

stand and walk.

• Regularly required to use hands to type, grasp, handle, or feel; reach, push or pull with hands

and arms; and talk or hear.

• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

• Regularly required to demonstrate a high degree of attention to details, quality standards and

accuracy.

• Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Must have the ability to travel up to 30% of the time spent working in this position.

• Must have A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in behavior analysis,

psychology, education or child development is required.

• BCBA Certification, along with experience and knowledge of functional analysis of behavior

is also required.

• Experience in working with individuals with neurological disabilities preferred. Crisis

intervention training and skills are also preferred.

• Excellent planning organizational, writing, and time management skills are required.

• The ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers is necessary.

• Possession of a valid driver's license, insurance, and an acceptable driving record must be

maintained at all times.

• Competence in writing, planning, organization and documentation, as well as time

management skills are required.
