Antech Systems is looking for a Systems Administrator to join the team at its headquarters located in Chesapeake, Virginia. In this position, the candidate will work with a small IT team to support all aspects of Antech's corporate operations. You will work on many different systems and develop solutions to complex problems requiring a high degree of innovation. Successful candidates will be self-motivated problem solvers who don't want a repetitive job role and make decisions with little supervision.
Responsibilities include:
Administer Active Directory, Intune, DNS, DHCP, and other Office 365 products
Troubleshoot various Windows servers and services.
Recommend and implement security improvements to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Configure systems in compliance with company and government policies.
Support security frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171)
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server administration
PowerShell scripting for automation a plus
Knowledge of incident, request, and change management processes.
CMMC or NIST 800-171 compliance knowledge preferred.
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ preferred
Other relevant IT certifications (MCP, MCSE/MCSA/AZURE Cloud, VMware AirWatch, Apple) a plus.
Salary Range: $62,000 - $84,000
