Posting Salary Range: Commensurate with experience, education and internal equity. Minimum: $28.25, Midpoint: $33.22, Maximum: $38.19 per hour.
Posting FTE: 1.00
Posting Schedule: Primary schedule is Monday through Friday, some evening and weekend work occasionally required. Hybrid schedule; In-person minimum once weekly.
Posting Hours: Hours may vary from 8AM to 5PM. Occasional need for work to start early or end late.

Department Overview
The Hemostasis & Thrombosis Center (HTC) is home to over 45 faculty and staff, engaged in the clinical, research, public health, outreach and education missions. The HTC is a multidisciplinary center, providing comprehensive care to adult, adolescent and pediatric patients.
Function/Duties of PositionThis position provides administrative coordination and program support to the HTC, serving as the community liaison between the Center and external partners.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, curious professional who thrives when working with others, enjoys variety in day-to-day tasks that focus on project management and coordination, is a self-starter, is knowledgeable about information technology systems and is interested in understanding and continuously improving programs and projects within the Hemostasis & Thrombosis Center.
Four years of general office or secretarial experience;Â ORÂ
An Associate’s degree or certificate in office occupations or office technology and two years of general office or secretarial experience; ORÂ
A Bachelor’s degree and two years of general office or secretarial experience; OR
An equivalent combination of training and experience.
Additional certifications may be required based on the specific department the position resides in, as indicated by the position description.
Note: Successful completion of a formal OHSU Administrative Internship Program will substitute for one year of experience. Contact Compensation for confirmation of eligibility.Â
