Reporting To: HR Director, Supply Chain France (hierarchically)
Functionally Reports To: C&B Manager, EMEA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a C&B Expert & International Mobility Country to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing compensation and benefits processes and international mobility initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation analysis, job grading, and international assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits (C&B):

  • Participate in the annual salary review process for executives (approximately 200 employees).
  • Contribute to the coordination of salary surveys and perform accurate analysis of results.
  • Assist in variable compensation campaigns, including bonus calculations.
  • Collaborate on all compensation-related issues within the scope (ad-hoc studies, practice evolution, competitiveness, corporate projects, etc.).
  • Address group inquiries regarding the allocation of Long-Term Incentives.

Job Grading:

  • Maintain the grading database and ensure it is up to date.
  • Master the job evaluation process using the IPE (International Position Evaluation) method.

International Mobility:

  • Manage contracts for international assignments outside France in close collaboration with the EMEA team (including social protection management for all French expatriates: CFE, complementary health insurance, housing, etc.).
  • Oversee mutual insurance and provident contracts.
  • Analyze KPIs related to international mobility.
  • Prepare for meetings related to international mobility.

HR Reporting & Data Management:

  • Collaborate with HROPS to ensure the reliability of HR system data.
  • Responsible for group C&B reporting.
  • Work in conjunction with controlling teams and EMEA.
