Qualifications:

• Preferably bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Import, Logistics and Supply Chain operations knowledge
• Minimum Upper Intermediate level of both written and spoken English.
• Very good command of Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic is a plus
• High customer focus and teamwork spirit
• Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issue
• Clear understanding of KPI and basic knowledge of KPI preparation

Job Description:  

• Working in a rotating schedule: one week on day shift, one week on night shift.
• Occasional Sunday duty on a rotating basis.                                                                     
• Monitoring and analyzing material and logistics flows, selecting transport modes with cost and pipeline optimization in mind.
• Updating systems daily according to production requirements.
• Communicating regularly with warehouses, customs offices, carriers, manufacturers, and internal business units.
• Analyzing and coordinating in-transit shipments before arrival, considering capacity, demurrage, and storage costs.
• Ensuring timely shipment and follow-up of vehicles and materials to the correct warehouses and factories.
• Preparing customs clearance and payment instructions.
• Consolidating and sharing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including KPI tracking.
• Performing risk and root cause analysis for supply chain processes, including short, mid, and long-term risk reporting.
• Taking immediate action for urgent spare parts needs (e.g., arranging vehicle dispatch or premium pick-up from manufacturers).
• Monitoring urgent dispatches during night shifts and reporting end-of-shift updates.
• Consolidating daily reports and sharing with customers.
• Supporting overnight production by responding to real-time logistics and material requirements.
