CD55, People Experience, Technology & Data aims to maximize personalized digital experiences for colleagues, automate employee journeys, and simplify the overall HR architecture. Our focus areas include:

We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Chennai, India.

 

Job Purpose:

  • Run support for Product Owners of CMP (Learning, Talent, Jobs)
  • Run Support for Platform Product Owner
 

Your tasks:

  • Set up 360 Feedback tasks and reports (year end process) and improve/update system
  • Release testing of new features; prepare outcomes; raise issues
  • Manage mid and end year end process (set-up tasks and reports, communicate & answer questions) for Talent Management
  • Create user guides, comms material and videos
  • Conduct Onboarding call with new users to explain new functionalities
  • Update stakeholders about new processor to stay compliant
  • Ensure process standards and quality of processes (update documents, manage MS Teams etc)
  • Support to get AI implemented in processes to drive efficiency
 

Your profile:

Education Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Level:

  • Minimum of 3-5years of experience in talent / learning management or a related area, with a focus on managing outsourced services and operational tasks.
  • Very good technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS systems like CSOD (my Talent World, CMP), and other related tools. Good understanding of tools involved in operational tasks like Easy Generator, Oracle Guided Learning,  Azure Boards and MS Office/O365. Knowledge of AI
  • Very good business process understanding, especially of Talent Management processes
  • Ideally First Choice experience (Process improvement)
