CD55, People Experience, Technology & Data aims to maximize personalized digital experiences for colleagues, automate employee journeys, and simplify the overall HR architecture. Our focus areas include:

We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Chennai, India.
Job Purpose:
- Supporting the rollout of a new Reference Data Management (RDM) platform, develop custom dashboards to monitor and improve data quality, and lead initiatives to automate and optimize data and reporting processes. You will also contribute your (junior) project management experience (2–3 years) to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects effectively.
- A solid understanding of Oracle HCM, as well as knowledge of IT design specifications and IT integration principles, will be essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring solutions are both technically sound and business-ready.
Your tasks:
- Act as the central point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and the Group People Data team for integration-related initiatives.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of custom dashboards to monitor and improve people data quality.
- Translate business requirements into clear IT design specifications aligned with Oracle HCM and integration principles.
- Manage small to mid-scale projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Drive automation and process optimization to enhance data and reporting workflows.
- Ensure data integrity and governance by implementing quality standards and corrective actions.
- Provide clear, structured communications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Your profile:
Education Level:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience Level:
- 2–3 years of direct experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud, including:
- Core HR data management
- System configuration and user role management
- Reporting and analytics (e.g., OTBI or BI Publisher)
- Demonstrated experience with HR system integrations, including working knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and troubleshooting data flows between Oracle HCM and third-party applications.
