? WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the UKI Quality & Customs Function, building expert, motivated teams that enable growth and differentiate DHL Supply Chain.
• Define and deliver strategic focus areas across Quality & Customs to support sustainable growth.
• Support new business, renewals, and BAU governance to ensure service excellence.
• Drive a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility — making us the Quality Provider of Choice.
• Ensure regulatory assurance across operations through robust systems and standardised processes.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and regulators to maintain compliance and product integrity.
• Simplify service delivery through holistic OE support to operations and customers.

? WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• An understanding of Supply Chain operations (warehousing, transport, value-added services).
• Expertise in Quality, Customs, and Trade Compliance within Pharma or Food logistics.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including senior-level influence.
• Experience in project/change management and strategic decision-making.
• Certified Quality Auditor (e.g. ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor) and demonstrable CPD.
