Point of Sale Agent - Military veterans preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries, including tracking shipments, resolving errors, and promoting our services.
• Manage a high volume of walk-in customers at our POS office, providing pick-up and handing out the shipments.
• Utilize databases and web programs to provide prompt responses and coordinate with other departments.
• Turn information inquiries into sale or sales leads while delivering accurate information on shipment status, documentation, and pricing.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accountability and results orientation.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures and processes within a contact center setting.
• Working rights on Cayman.
