We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist with strong expertise in Belgian payroll. In this role, you will take ownership of complex payroll processes, ensure compliance with Belgian regulations, and act as a trusted advisor for colleagues in the team.

Your responsibilities:

• End-to-end payroll processing for Belgian entities.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian labor law, taxation, and social security requirements.
• Manage topics such as bonuses, paid vacation, and other complex payroll elements.
• Maintain and update employee data in IT systems (SAP and/or Oracle).
• Provide guidance and share expertise with junior colleagues.
• Act as a key contact for employees and stakeholders regarding Belgian payroll.

Your profile:

• 5+ years of proven experience in Belgian payroll.
• Excellent knowledge of Belgian payroll standards, taxation, and social security.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and confident working independently.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to mentor others.
