Leidos is seeking a Budget Analyst to support Post-Production Software Support (PPSS) and Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) engineering and technical services to the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center Mission Command Division with operations located at Ft. Sill/Lawton, OK.

Successful candidates will support our customer in reviewing budgets, assisting with cost control for work order tasks and travel.

Primary Responsibilities. Responsibilities include:

  • Work Orders (WOs)- Complete all aspects of work orders from initial start to delivery. This includes proofreading the Analysis, costing the Level of Effort provided, inputting the data into a budget summary, populating a Basis of Estimate (BOE), and providing all documents to corporate PMO for official ROM Costing.

  • ROM Costing/Budget estimate completion – take the provided ROM costing from corporate PMO and ensure the WO is aligned with the official ROM. Once all costs are aligned and matched, provide all documents for official delivery to the COR.

  • Secondary SLATE Point of Contact – Work with the SCA to ensure all subcontractors have access to the appropriate charge strings in SLATE. This includes opening new strings in SLATE for subcontractors once new funding is put on contract.

  • Travel – Coordinate and cost all travel for Leidos and subcontractors as it relates to the contract. This includes costing travel as it is requested, ensuring efficient travel funding is in place, and populating a travel funding file down to the CLIN and SLIN level.

  • Financial Cost CDRL’s – Assist in compiling all financial data to populate month end reporting for contract required financial CDRL’s. This includes hours, dollars, cost, etc down to the CLIN level.

  • Various Costing Drills – Assist in various costing drills that are requested by the customer. These drills can come in unannounced with short suspense. Ensure the cost data provided is accurate and delivered on time.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree with four to eight years of relevant experience

  • US citizenship with active and current Secret security clearance. 

  • Experience with Work Orders within government contracting.

  • Experience with ROM Costing/Budget estimate completion.

  • Experience with Financial Cost CDRL’s

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with U.S. Army Field Artillery tactical systems or other DoD systems.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
