A3 Consulting, LLC is seeking a skilled Vice President, Technology Solutions to lead solution design, technical strategy, and thought leadership for our growth and delivery organizations. This role will be responsible for translating complex government requirements into innovative technical solutions, leading solution architecture initiatives, and ensuring our technology offerings remain competitive in the rapidly evolving federal marketplace. In this job you will:
- Lead technical solution strategies for proposals, RFP responses, and capture efforts, ensuring solutions are innovative, compliant, and cost-competitive.
- Translate customer missions and requirements into technical approaches and architectures across cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, automation, and digital services.
- Author and deliver compelling technical content (solution narratives, diagrams, staffing models, etc.) for proposals, white papers, and oral presentations.
- Serve as a presenter during orals and solution briefings, communicating complex technical approaches in clear, compelling terms.
- Serve as a technical SME during color team reviews, solution workshops, and bid decisions.
- Partner with capture managers to shape technical solutions early in the pursuit lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical experts and teaming partners to integrate complementary solutions and capabilities into proposals.
- Partner with delivery leaders to ensure proposed solutions are achievable, scalable, and transition smoothly into execution.
- Gather lessons learned from current programs to strengthen future proposals and solution frameworks.
- Engage current and prospective customers to understand critical needs, socialize and vet solutions, and advise on strategies to shape acquisitions that achieve desired results.
- Establish and maintain reusable solution frameworks, templates, and playbooks for efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners, presenting the company's technical capabilities, innovations, and past performance.
- Participate in customer meetings, industry forums, and conferences to promote thought leadership and position the company as a trusted advisor.
- Support call plans and pre-solicitation engagement by providing technical insight and articulating differentiated value.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and client requirements to position the company as a leader in its market.
Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT solutioning/architecture experience, with at least 5 years supporting federal government contracts.
- Proven track record designing and presenting winning solutions for large federal pursuits.
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement processes, including FAR/DFARS and agency-specific requirements.
- Expertise in cloud (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, data analytics, DevSecOps, automation (RPA/AI/ML), and other technologies.
- Demonstrated success in leading orals, briefings, and technical presentations to federal agencies.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills. You must be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Clearance Level:
- Eligible and willing to obtain a clearance.
Salary range:
- The salary range of this position is $200,000 - $225,000 commensurate with experience and achievement.
