Licensed Mental Health Professional - Military veterans preferred

We are seeking one to two licensed mental health professionals to provide part-time and on-call behavioral health support services for a federal contract.

 Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant behavioral/mental health practice within the past 5 years.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis response, trauma counseling, and/or first responder mental health support.

Availability:

• Ability to provide on-call critical incident response within 24 hours.
• Willingness to travel for scheduled onsite checkups, trainings, and meetings.

Location: Onsite services required in Nevada/Arizona region (travel expected).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-call critical incident response.
• Provide behavioral health checkups, first responder trainings, and referrals when clinically appropriate.
• Participate in scheduled employee/division meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality in all clinical interactions.
