We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll partner with employees and managers across designated client groups, providing both functional and strategic HR support.

This position plays a critical role in driving initiatives related to employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement. You’ll contribute to key HR programs, participate in cross-functional projects, foster strong relationships with leadership, and help us continue to build a high-performing, people-focused culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HR team members to execute HR strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR programs such as onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Manage cross-functional HR projects including change management, process improvement, and system implementations.
  • Provide consultation and coaching to managers in areas such as building managerial capability, conflict resolution, documentation and delivering performance feedback.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and present insights to leadership.
  • Conduct employee and manager related investigations on complex matters and recommend resolution course of actions.
  • Partner with the HR Leave and Policy Manager and the business to develop and update policies in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • Partner with the HR Leave and Policy Manager to provide consultation and guidance to leadership on managing complex leave and accommodation matters.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to managers and employees on HR programs and employee life cycle processes such as hiring, onboarding, mid-year/EOY calibrations and reviews, rewards, career development, promotions, and exits/terminations.
  • Analyze exit survey findings and employee feedback to drive business decisions on improving engagement and retention.
  • Assist managers with identifying talent needs, creating job descriptions, and assigning job grades.
  • Advise managers on making compensation decisions in accordance with Paradigm compensation philosophies.
  • Consult with managers and leaders to craft meaningful strategies to retain, engage and develop high performing teams.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of organizational structure changes and related change management initiatives.
  • Advise managers and employees on application of company policies.
  • Develop and deliver manager and employee training or work with outside vendors to select and organize HR related training.
  • In liaison with HR Leader, develop and implement HR strategies that accelerate business performance.
  • Assist with manager transactions in HR Systems; work with payroll to ensure timely and accurate employee changes and escalate as needed.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders and Shared Services partners to foster trust and accountability with all stakeholders.
  • Support and promote Paradigm’s DEI philosophy and strategies.
  • Maintain reliable and predictable attendance during scheduled work hours or core business hours.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required to support the business.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Employee relations experience required.
  • Project management experience is strongly desired.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to organizational goals, interpret financial and operational data, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

  • Commitment to employee engagement.
  • Team player. Demonstrated skills in collaborating with all levels of the business and across the HR function.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work at a fast pace in a rapidly changing environment.
  • High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
  • Knowledge of human resources software and databases.
  • General business computer skills, including demonstrated experience with MS Office products, with a high level of proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Teams.
