Williams Form Engineering is looking to hire individuals to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift in our Wayne, NE Assembly Department. We are looking for dedicated employees who are willing to show initiative, dedication and are driven to succeed. Williams is looking for the right person to develop into the next leader. As an assembler you will learn valuable skills including machine safety and operation, mechanical skills, how to read and interpret blueprints/engineered drawings, problem solving, decision making, teamwork, and how to build production schedules. Primary Responsibilities

• Gathers parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.

• Assembles ground anchor components.

• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.

• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions and notifying supervisor for repairs.

• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with company standards, procedures, policies and regulations.

• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies.

• Completes production and quality forms.

• Follow ERP procedures for login, logout and start/stop production while coordinating with floor supervisor during the process.

• Recognize basic sequence of operations with assistance from supervisor.

• Notify supervisor of major malfunctions or when machine maintenance is needed.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Qualifications and Skills:

Quality Focus, Power Controls and Instrumentation, Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing Experience, Manufacturing Quality, Mechanical Inspection Tools, Safety Management, Tooling

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1-2 years related experience and/or training preferred

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required

• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted required

• Able to stand, walk, bend and twist for at least seven hours per day

• US Citizen or Green Card holder

Working Conditions:

Working Conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment including mechanical noise and fluctuating temperatures. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product. Machinery and assembly operations require the use of safety equipment to include, but not limited to, safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
