AI Automation and Integration Analyst
The AI Automation & Integration Analyst is a hands-on technical role focused on building, deploying, and maintaining AI agents and automated workflows. Reporting to the Director of Competitive Intelligence, this position will execute on the company's AI strategy by developing solutions primarily using Copilot Studio and Azure AI. This position is responsible for developing supervised agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop oversight to enhance manual processes and integrate with systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365.
With support from leadership, this role is positioned to grow into a role with greater responsibility in company-wide AI adoption by contributing to the documentation and refinement of AI policy and best practices. You will not be inheriting a legacy system; you will be a key builder of our foundational AI systems, helping to construct the future from the ground up. Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Builds and deploys agentic AI tools and workflows, providing technical support to business teams on their use.
- Works with business units, under the guidance of the Director of Competitive Intelligence, to gather requirements for AI-driven automation projects.
- Supports operational and sales teams by demonstrating the functionality of developed AI agents and their relevance to internal and client requirements.
- Collaborates with product and operational teams to prototype, develop, deploy, and track new AI agents and workflows using Copilot Studio and Azure AI to automate tasks, improve quality, and enhance productivity.
- Serves as a key technical resource for agentic AI, assisting teams with tool usage and helping to maintain documentation on best practices and ethical guidelines.
- Monitors the performance of deployed AI agents, tracking key metrics and reporting on effectiveness to support optimization efforts.
- Stays current with developments in Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and related technologies to continuously improve development techniques and the effectiveness of deployed solutions.

Job Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of demonstrable, hands-on experience architecting, developing, deploying, and monitoring AI applications in a professional environment.
- Proven, practical experience building end-to-end AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure (AI Studio/Logic Apps), or equivalent software.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and diverse data sources.
- Direct experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) is a significant advantage.
- Capacity for innovative thinking combined with technical proficiency for development and monitoring tasks.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with:
- Integration of AI agents with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, internal databases, and/or financial data sources.
- Software Development in languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript for custom AI extensions and model training.
- Azure AI services, including Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and Responsible AI frameworks addressing governance and bias mitigation.
- Intellectual Curiosity & Drive: A demonstrable passion for AI, evidenced by personal projects, contributions to open-source communities, or continuous learning in adjacent fields (e.g., other cloud AI platforms, open-source models). You are a builder and a learner at heart.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant, or other relevant certifications.
