We're now looking for a Traffic Admin to join our team and provide efficient admin support to ensure smooth and timely transport operations.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Maintain and complete timely and accurate records for the transport department
• Monitor, input and process driver payroll information
• Process, Dispatching outbound loads, final quality check on site if pallets on hold, correct trailer being taken
• Check outbound loads using the drivers outbound paperwork and dispatch after checks completed.
• Move trailers systematically using YMS, making sure information matches Blue Yonder

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have previous experience of data input and admin duties
• Experience communicating with customers
• Transport administration experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office) (Excel)
