We are Seeking for a Passionate HR Operations Manager , who wants to Join a Team that Defines Excellence in Hospitality!
Responsibilities:
Administer/manage daily HR activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance, while providing support in employee relations.
Manages the recruitment and retention process for the property for both hourly and salaried team members. Ensures fair hiring practices including consistent completion of all new-hire paperwork. Implements and maintains recognition programs that reward and motivate team members and plays key role in administering and following up with Team Member Satisfaction Survey.
Monitors and administers compensation/benefits for both hourly and salaried team members.
Manage the onboarding process for the new hires.
Conduct new hire orientations, and completion of new hire paperwork.
Tracking and Maintaining Employee Training Requirements.
Lead HR projects to improve process
Required Skills and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience preferred. SHRM-CP preferred.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Two+ years of Human Resource experience required & 1 year HR management. Strong preference for experience in a hospitality or service industry. Must have strong organizational & communication skills, and a professional presence. Must have a solid business focus in addition to effective interpersonal skills.
Bilingual Preferred
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis.
