Description:

Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS) is seeking a Logistician III (Asset Management Support) to provide comprehensive logistics and asset management services at McGuire Air Force Base. This role is critical in supporting Department of the Air Force (DAF) property management requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining positive control over mission-critical resources. The selected candidate will analyze and coordinate ongoing logistical functions, oversee the full product lifecycle, and provide hands-on support to asset management operations.

General Duties

  • Analyze, coordinate, and oversee logistical functions across the enterprise.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of assets, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal.
  • Integrate asset management systems with procurement platforms and lead data transition efforts.
  • Map supply chains, monitor vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain risk management plans and processes.
  • Oversee hardware and software asset usage from procurement through decommissioning.
  • Ensure assets are controlled during transport, storage, and warehousing in compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct both cyclic and ad-hoc inventories of all assets.
  • Create and maintain asset management playbooks and workflows.

Program-Specific Duties

  • Ensure compliance with DAF property management requirements.
  • Coordinate with Equipment Custodian Officers and other authorized personnel.
  • Maintain positive control of stock, spare devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Perform lifecycle asset management, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Update property and asset management systems with accurate, timely data.
  • Assist with inventories, technology refresh initiatives, and accountability of assets.
  • Support efforts to locate or reconcile lost, damaged, or stolen devices.
  • Coordinate warranty repairs and asset troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical input related to property and asset management upon request.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6–10 years of logistics, supply chain, or asset management experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance required.
  • Strong knowledge of DAF property management requirements and asset lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated experience with procurement, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control.
  • Ability to integrate logistics systems and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
