Job Summary
The College of Pharmacy is seeking a Research Program Administrator to provide leadership and support to multiple principal investigators to ensure projects are within scope and assist with project requirements, goals, and timelines.

The Research Program Administrator will manage the implementation of projects of varying size and complexity across multiple states, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve specific project goals and objectives. Displays original thinking and creativity, understanding stakeholder implications of decisions.

They will contribute to the leadership of multiple programmatic initiatives as a member of study leadership teams. Develop staff through mentoring and positive/negative feedback. Ensures staff follow UK policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and sponsor regulations. Monitor staff’s work and relationships with sponsors and external partners to ensure deliverables are met and quality assistance is provided to stakeholders.

The Research Program Administrator will lead quality assurance and quality control programs, ensuring all projects meet institutional policies, GCP, and federal regulatory standards. Develops and enforces best practices, monitoring systems, and corrective action plans to maintain the highest standards of data integrity and research compliance. Acts as the primary point of authority for all regulatory and compliance matters within assigned projects.
