At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service.  In support of our customer, we are seeking a Equipment Specialist Senior with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/principles/organizational protocols.

Job Duties:

• Lead and direct Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities to meet program requirements, specifications, and standards.

• Analyze and optimize distribution networks using logistics software for resource allocation, inventory placement, site selection, and transportation.

• Recommend logistics planning sequences, phasing, and corrective actions to address operational, environmental, and human factors.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced analysts.

**Technical Manual (TM) Support**

• Create and manage the PM AAA Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) for TM reviews, reconciling inputs and providing additional comments when needed.

• Perform in-depth analysis of TM source data (XML format) for compliance with TMCR and MIL-STDs.

• Conduct Flesch-Kincaid grade level studies on draft TMs and present findings to the PM AAA TM Manager.

• Manage work packages in the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) and maintain accurate records of TM deliveries.

• Track and report issues related to system functionality and user experience within the Interactive Authoring and Display Systems (IADS).

• Support in the development of a Government Statements of Objectives (SOOs), Letter of Instructions (LOIs), and TM validation activities with Marine Corps users.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience in life-cycle logistics planning and management.

• At least 6 years of experience in two or more logistics or acquisition technical areas.

• Demonstrated experience across all phases of logistics acquisition and planning.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with IETMs and Interactive Authoring and Display Systems (IADS).

• Familiarity with Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) processes.

• DAWIA Level II/III in Life-Cycle Logistics.

• Prior DoD acquisition program support experience.
