You are the expert patients rely on to understand their medications and how to use them safely and effectively - and the go-to person your team relies on to help coordinate day-to-day operations. Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy staff at a designated site and/or department.
Perform regular staff pharmacist duties.
Oversee workflow coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and timely medication distribution.
Act as a point person for problem-solving and issue resolution within the department.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational continuity.
May be designated as the Pharmacist in charge.
