Job Purpose: The Sales Process Administrator is responsible for providing support to sales executives/managers to ensure a more successful sales process. Their support extends to some fields where make a continuos accompanying in sales sytems, results, information visibility, among others.

Key Tasks:

  • Business Intelligence: Ensure that information is analyzed by lanes, industries, executives, channels, etc, to identify revenue opportunities and create initiatives based on that.
  • Opportunity identification that contributes to generate additional revenue.
  • Sales process support and all related to that for team Bogotá, rest of country and Retail team.
  • Administration support and sales systems training to rest of country team.
  • Promote country business intelligence at commercial level from automatized reports creation based on AI and Power BI.
  • Support to calculation and settlement of country incentives.
  • Automatization of manual process and repetitive in the commercial department at information level or information Flow.
  • Area process documentation and follow up to SLAs with the interaction areas.
  • Innovate and promote business strategies that enable high performance among sales executives.
  • Ensure that the department's information on results, fundamentals, commissions, and other metrics is accurate and of high quality.

Stakeholders:

  • Main internal local contacts: Sales Managers, Sales Executives, Sales VP, Sales Backoffice, Billing team, Human Resources team.
  • Main internal regional contacts: Sales support AM team, Sales processes & tools CSA team.

Management Responsibility:

  • Promote country business intelligence at commercial level from automatized reports creation based on AI and Power BI

Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Economics, or related fields in economic or administrative areas.

    Advanced Excel Knowledge

  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

  • Strong Information Analysis Skills

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in sales administration roles in related companies

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI)

  • Experience with big data technologies and platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong presentation skills and experience in delivering reports and findings to senior management.
