• To support senior PMs with daily tasks (follow-ups, meeting notes, scheduling, coordination), supporting Must finish projects, ensure backup and continuity
• To manage small scale projects independently or under supervision, ensure deadlines are updated, teams reminded, ensure follow up thoroughly and task tracking, industry standard project management methodologies are followed
• Communication and coordination, planning, follow up, organization, updating documentation
• Expert knowledge of communication tools, MS office products
• Attention to detail, focus to delivery
• Ability and interest to learn and further develop
• Fundamental knowledge and overview of Information technologies and IT infrastructure

Hi, my name is Neeraja Duddu and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2015, when I took a role as Senior Project Manager, managing projects in the Customer Services and Sales Domain team. Gaining more hands-on experience with Project Management and diverse domains has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Infrastructure Services team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Principal Project Manager - Hosting Project Management role. In 2025, I moved to a management role, being the Manager of Hosting Projects Management Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – Projects managed with excellence. Looking forward to having you onboard!
