The Application Programming Interfaces Center of Excellence (API CoE) helps DHL Group to accelerate growth by providing customers and partners with best-in-class digital connectivity and interoperability of processes and data. Following core principles of “API-first”, top-notch uptime and superior security, we are building interfaces for core logistics processes of shipping, tracking and locations, next to group-wide API platforms like our API Gateway and the .

Your tasks

  • Proactively ensure and document that IT applications meet compliance, security, and data protection standards, including GDPR requirements, IT risk assessments and business continuity planning.
  • Coordinate with internal and external development teams to define and deliver product features in line with SLAs.
  • Maintain data quality across product lifecycle and enterprise architecture tools.
  • Establish unified testing, monitoring, and support processes.
  • Manage IT planning, BUILD & RUN cost control, and related approval workflows.
  • Support strategic and tactical decision-making through presentation materials and memos.

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in IT project or compliance management.
  • Familiarity with COBIT5, ITIL, and ISO/IEC 27001 is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proactive and adaptable in complex, international environments.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • University degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
