Summary

The Program Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of customer programs within the Free Trade and Warehousing Zone (FTWZ) business. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful program execution, optimizing operational efficiencies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful program delivery.
    • Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  2. Customer Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
    • Conduct regular meetings and updates with customers to review program status and gather feedback.
  3. Operational Oversight:
    • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure compliance with FTWZ regulations and standards.
    • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
    • Ensure that all program activities align with company policies and procedures.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and present program performance reports to stakeholders and management.
    • Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and enhance program effectiveness.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
  5. Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on programs.
    • Ensure that contingency plans are in place for unexpected challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in the logistics or warehousing sector.
  • Strong understanding of FTWZ regulations and operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
