Job Summary: The Integrated Solutions Division at Leidos is seeking a Facility Operations Analyst. This position will be responsible for supporting the SWEETTEA Facility Services Contract with actions related to material coordination, system outage planning and coordination, managing subcontracted service providers, and training of Facility Watch Officers regarding execution in all aspects of facility operations for our Intel Community customer. Duties include the support of a team that performs general facility maintenance, management of construction/maintenance projects, management of facility trades operations that include critical electrical, mechanical and IT automation service tasks. You will have demonstrated facilities operations and maintenance management experience, well-developed professional skills and a proven track record of delivering results. Your ability to work collaboratively with a team of people across multiple organizations and the company will be crucial for success.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform actions and provide status relating to program deliverables involving CMMS Maximo database use, operational planning and reporting of daily facility activities, material procurement and planning, workload scheduling and labor efforts to include development of forecasted team/service schedules
  • Support talent acquisition, performance management and staff mentoring to team members performing Facility Watch Officer (FWO) responsibilities
  • Work with all Leidos team departments including Facilities, Operations, Transportation & Logistics, Estimating, Scheduling, Procurement, Finance and Accounting to achieve an integrated team approach.
  • Support operational requirements related to oversight and reporting of 24/7 facility conditions and maintenance activities, routinely related to Program Plans, Standard Operating Procedures and Building Automation Software.
  • Support the subcontract team to ensure deliverable compliance with the subcontract terms and conditions and performance baseline commitments.
  • Establish and/or attend regularly scheduled meetings that support all team expectations and contract deliverable requirements.
  • Review project material and/or services cost estimates, labor charging and team financial reports
  • Working with vendors on maintenance agreement modifications and ensuring service is as requested by the contract
  • Sourcing purchase requests using the Leidos supply chain team
  • Tracking of purchase requests and sparing shipments
  • Participating in regular vendor tag up meetings with OEM vendor manager and task management

Basic Qualifications:  

  • Generally, has 4+ years of experience in environment of Facility Services that requires understanding and prior work experience supporting facility operations.
  • Administrative experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) (i.e. Maximo)
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance contract activities
  • Capable of reading construction plans, specs and red line drawings
  • After Hours Maintenance Support as well as Emergency Support 24 x 7; must respond to all Emergency Events
  • Experience using Automated or Computer aided Facility Management tools
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point, Word, and Project
  • Experience in preparing statements of work and conducting facility surveys
  • Experience in conducting research on specialized topics, determining conclusions, and presenting the results in a logical and concise manner
  •  Experience managing multiple tasks and effectively executing specific deliverables
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to conduct efficient reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Clearance Required:  Must be able to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret contract documents
  • Current Intel customer experience a plus
  • Experience using Lean/Six Sigma principles and tools for process improvements
