Responsibilities

 

  • Provide Administrative Support to all areas of Operations
  • Assist in a backup capacity to MailOps as needed
  • Take well written notes from meetings
  • Maintain up-to-date employee headcount, floorplan
  • Pick up mail from PO Box (under dual control)
  • Manage vendors i.e. coffee, vending machines, janitorial needs, etc.
  • Work with property management and/or facilities to resolve any issues with plumbing, lighting, handle electrical and furniture needs, etc.
  • Handle Columbus onboarding for all new hires/temps and once complete, submit to HR
  • Manage coffee/breakroom needs. Restock supplies daily
  • Manage office supply needs
  • Thermostat regulation
  • Key distribution and record keeping
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

 



Qualifications



 

  • Must have demonstrated strong communication (written and oral), organizational, and time-management skill
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks while working independently, as well as interact well with others.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge required.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and dependability is a must.
  • Must be able to pass background and credit check in accordance with InComm’s certification requirements.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
