Job Summary: The Marketing & Events Coordinator will support PALA’s business development, employee engagement, and client outreach initiatives by managing company marketing activities and coordinating corporate events. This role will work closely with the Director of Strategic Growth, Business Development team, and Operations leadership to ensure that PALA’s brand, messaging, and events align with our values: Employee Owned. Relationship Driven.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and develop new markets and new clients
  2. Support Operations with sales opportunities and client targets
  3. Work with the Project Managers and Regional Operations Manager to maintain and grow existing markets and clients
  4. Assist in estimate qualification, refining, and collaboration
  5. Provide timely progress updates for sales and marketing efforts
  6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times with internal and external clients


Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Cross-train with other departments as needed
  2. Participates in other duties as assigned by the PALA Management
  3. Participates in trade shows, customer presentations, and other marketing efforts as requested

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Minimum Experience, Education, and Licensure:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or a combination of both education and experience

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Proficient in M.S. Office software package
  2. Ability to use standard office equipment.
  3. Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to multitask
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Excellent phone etiquette
  6. Critical thinking / problem solving skills
  7. Capacity to use all tools available to help grow the sales dept independently
